FoClea uses artificial intelligence to help you plan, analyze, and grow your business. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly, how your data is handled, and the principles that guide our approach.
We are committed to using AI in a transparent, fair, and accountable way. Our AI features are designed to support your decision-making—not replace your judgment. This policy works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
AI powers several features within FoClea, including:
- Insights & Reports: Synthesizing your data into recommendations, trends, and summaries.
- Strategic Planning: Suggesting goals, SWOT/TOWS analyses, and action steps.
- Market Intelligence: Researching competitors and market trends.
- KPI & Performance Guidance: Generating metric suggestions and analysis.
- Chat Assistants: Answering questions and coaching you through modules.
AI-assisted content is visually labeled within the app with an "AI-Generated" badge so you always know when you're viewing AI output.
- Transparency: We disclose where and how AI is used.
- Human Oversight: AI outputs are drafts and recommendations; you review and approve before acting.
- Fairness & Bias Mitigation: We work to reduce bias and present balanced analysis.
- Accountability: We take responsibility for how AI is integrated into our platform.
- We don't sell your data. Your proprietary business data is never sold.
- No training on your data. Your private business data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
- Trusted providers. AI requests are routed to leading model providers under enterprise data-protection terms—data is processed to fulfill your request, not retained for training.
- Encryption. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per account with Row-Level Security.

AI output from FoClea is provided for educational and planning purposes only and is not professional legal, financial, tax, or other expert advice. Always verify important facts against reliable primary sources and consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions.
